Common questions

Can I add centers later, or do I need to decide upfront?
You can add centers anytime. Start with one room, then add more as your ministry grows. Each new center is just $50/month.
Do families need to register separately for each center?
No. Families are shared across your entire account. Register once, then add children to whichever centers they belong to. Permission slips carry over too.
Can staff see all centers or just their assigned one?
You control access. Volunteers can be limited to their room, while directors and admins can switch between all centers and see organization-wide reports.
How do I track a child who moves between age groups?
Just update their center assignment. All their history stays intact - check-ins, permission slips, notes. You'll see their complete record regardless of which room they were in.
What about VBS or summer programs?
Create a temporary center for the program. When it's over, you can archive the center but keep all the data. Next year, create a new center or reactivate the old one.
We have multiple campuses. How does that work?
Each campus can have its own set of centers. You might have "North Campus - Nursery," "North Campus - Elementary," "South Campus - Nursery," etc. Organization-wide reports combine everything.
